Our range of dairy powders :

Whole milk powders (Spray & Roller):
Rich in fat (26% MF), they add texture and taste to food products, with a variety of applications in chocolate, pastry and ready meals.

Lean milk powders (classic, organic, semi-instantaneous):
Ideal for fermented dairy products, instant drinks, sauces and desserts.

Dairy protein powders (A, organic):
Concentrated in protein (up to 82%), they are used to enrich dairy products, cheeses and protein drinks.

    Drying process

    Spray

    The product passes through pipes and is sprayed in droplets.
    The heat in the tower evaporates the water and drops the powder into the drying tower.

    Roller

    The product is fed through a hose and flows down the cylinder walls. The cylinders are extremely hot, which separates the water and grease from the powder, which remains on the cylinder and is scraped off by a knife.
