Milk
Cremo offers a complete range of dairy products to suit every occasion and taste. Discover our milks, available in carton or bottle, to meet everyday needs. Butter
For over 100 years, Cremo has been processing milk fat into butter. Various production processes are used to make butter, spreadable butter, organic butter, cooking butter, and other specialty products. Roasting cream is also very popular in professional kitchens.
Cremo also produces the famous "Floralp" and "Le Beurre" brands.
Cream
Whole cream, half-and-half, and double cream are versatile products that are perfect for any kitchen. Coffee cream is available in single-serve portions and bottles.
Yogurt
Made with Swiss whole milk, our yogurts come in a variety of textures—firm or stirred—as well as classic and seasonal flavors. To satisfy every taste, they are available in a wide range of flavors and two sizes: 100 g and 180 g.
Cheese
Cremo, with deep roots in the Swiss regions, carries on the cheese-making tradition by producing exceptional cheeses with Protected Designations of Origin (PDO), which have received numerous accolades at the World Cheese Awards and the Swiss Cheese Awards, such as Gruyère PDO, Vacherin Fribourgeois PDO, Emmentaler PDO, and Raclette du Valais PDO VALDOR.
In addition to the classic PDO cheeses, Cremo is expanding its range of cheeses with a range of Mazot raclettes and fondues, the essential Cremo half-and-half fondue, and a variety of cheeses such as mountain, alpine, rebibe and VALDOR brand Tommes.
Milk powder
Cremo offers a wide range of milk powders, including whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, protein powder and permeate powder. These products are carefully crafted to meet the varied needs of industry and professionals alike.
