Cremo, rooted in the Swiss regions, perpetuates the cheese-making tradition by producing exceptional Appellations d'Origine Protégées (AOP) cheeses, repeatedly recognized at World Cheese Awards and Swiss Cheese Awards, such as Le Gruyère AOP, Le Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, Emmentaler AOP and Raclette du Valais AOP VALDOR.
In addition to the classic PDO cheeses, Cremo is expanding its cheese offering with a range of Mazot raclettes and fondues, the essential Cremo half-and-half fondue, and a variety of cheeses including mountain, alpine, rebibe and VALDOR brand Tommes.
