Milk

Butter
For over 100 years, Cremo has been transforming milk fat into butter. Different manufacturing processes produce butter, spreadable butter, organic butter, cooking butter and other specialties. Roasting cream is also highly prized in professional kitchens.
Cremo also produces the famous "Floralp" and "Le Beurre" brands.
Cream
Full-cream, half-cream, double-cream and half-cream for sauce are versatile products, perfect for every kitchen. Coffee cream is available in portions and bottles.
Yogurt
Made from whole Swiss milk, our yogurts offer a variety of textures: firm, creamy and fruity, as well as classic and seasonal flavors. To satisfy every taste, they come in a wide range of flavors, available in two sizes: 100g and 180g.
Cheese
Cremo, rooted in the Swiss regions, perpetuates the cheese-making tradition by producing exceptional Appellations d'Origine Protégées (AOP) cheeses, repeatedly recognized at World Cheese Awards and Swiss Cheese Awards, such as Le Gruyère AOP, Le Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, Emmentaler AOP and Raclette du Valais AOP VALDOR.
In addition to the classic PDO cheeses, Cremo is expanding its range of cheeses with a range of Mazot raclettes and fondues, the essential Cremo half-and-half fondue, and a variety of cheeses such as mountain, alpine, rebibe and VALDOR brand Tommes.
Milk powder
Cremo offers a wide range of milk powders, including whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, protein powder and permeate powder. These products are carefully crafted to meet the varied needs of industry and professionals alike.
